How does your warranty work?SmartyPrints has a 1-year replacement warranty. Contact us through our website contact form or live chat, and we'll do a quick troubleshooting session with you. We can then ship you a replacement. We'll include a return shipping label so that you can return the broken unit.

What are some great features of SmartyPrints labels?Our labels are brightly coloured, have a high quality all-temperature adhesive, and are finished with a surface varnish. This means resistance to fading, falling off, or water damage. They will stay bright, readable, and stuck to your product for as long as you need them to.

How do I clean SmartyPrints?We suggest wiping down with a soft cloth dampened with rubbing alcohol. Don't use abrasive materials or caustic or corrosive cleaners. Also, please don't get liquids into the rear vent.
