SmartyPrints is proudly designed and made in Canada with domestic and imported parts. All design work, engineering, software development, labels, marketing materials, and some of the electronics were produced in Canada, as well as final assembly. Our home office and factory is in Sudbury, Ontario.

Our labels are brightly coloured, have a high quality all-temperature adhesive, and are finished with a surface varnish. This means resistance to fading, falling off, and water or chemical damage. They will stay bright, readable, and stuck to your product for as long as you need them to.

SmartyPrints has a 1-year replacement warranty. Contact us through our website contact form or live chat, and we'll do a quick troubleshooting session with you. We can then ship you a replacement. We'll include a return shipping label so that you can return the broken unit.

Regularly dusting your SmartyPrints and making sure the label carousel is free of foreign material is a good idea. For cleaning and disinfecting, we suggest wiping down with a soft cloth dampened with rubbing alcohol. Don't use abrasive materials or caustic or corrosive cleaners. Also, please don't get liquids into the rear vent.
